These machines are used for slitting and rewinding films and laminates at high speeds. Located on precision linear slides the rewind stations move independently, horizontally and away from the contact /surface rollers as the rewind roll increases in diameter. Contact with the roll is maintained throughout the diameter build up which ensures exceptional finished roll quality. The tension isolation between the input roll and the rewound rolls is controlled through the driven pull rollers and nip.
